Aspect Rules

* Each character will have 4 aspects. Two will come from their High Concept and their Trouble, one from their Background, one from their defining moment
* Each character will start with just 2 fate points per session, to get them used to the system
* A fate point can be used when in a situation relevant to an aspect to
* Gain a +2 bonus to the roll, stacks with anything
* Reroll anything
* Make a declaration
* Prevent a compel from working to their disadvantage

* Each player receives a fate point when they are compelled to use an aspect in a negative way
* Fate points can only be used when they relate to an Aspect

One important thing to keep in mind with aspects is that it’s all to make the story more interesting. Don’t always think about it as a difficulty modifier; it should only serve to make your character more interesting and relevant to the story being told.
